Mental Health Week

Last week was Mental Health week throughout the UK. Its focus was to encourage people to get out and enjoy nature to benefit their mental health. At Combs we were lucky enough to be visited by one of our wonderful parents who talked to the children about their farm and how to respect and care for nature, to ensure it lasts forever. 

The children also listened to stories based around Mental Health, took part in their weekly mindfulness sessions with Jess and even did some yoga in our Forest School.
